CHICKEN inspired by Paneer receipe

I wanted to experiment an easy to make and hassle free dish from boneless chicken pieces. I thought of making this paneer style chicken. It did taste awesome but i still have to give it a good name.
BTW this is what i did.

100 gms boneless chicken pieces.
2 medium size onions
1 large tomato.
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 table spoon red chilli powder
pinch of turmeric powder
salt to taste.
garam masala (1/2 bay leaf, 1 stick cardimon, 2 black pepper, 2 cloves)
1 cup milk (tea cup)
1/4 cup of cream
2 tsp honey.
4 almonds soaked in milk/water.
mayonnaise sauce for garnishing (optional)

Method:

1) In a pan add 1 tsp of oil and cook the onions till they turn pink, next add tomotoes and saute till the raw smell is gone. Add ginger garlic paste, items in the garam masala category (above) and fry on slow heat for 10 mins. Keep on stirring all the while.
2) Now turn off the gas and let the above mixture cool. By the way till we are doing this we can keep the raw chicken pieces marinated in lemon and salt mixture. This helps in removing the foul smell that sometimes exists in the chicken which is preserved.
3) Next grind the above mixture to a fine paste using an electric mixer. The paste should be really fine.
4) Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add this mixture to it also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and keep stirring for 2 mins then add the small boneless chicken pieces (chicken pieces should be really small same as paneer pieces).
5) Add milk and cream, salt as per taste and cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken cook on low flame for 15 mins. Note keep stirring at a proper intervals so that it doesnt stick to the base, add more milk if the gray dries up and the chicken is still not cooked. Remember that we are not adding water for any reason. Water will make it lose its richness.
6) Finally when done add 2 tsp of honey and almond paste, mix well and remove from flame.
7) Garnish with mayonnaise sauce and serve hot. :)
